Bulletin49: The International Popular Tribunal held in Japan has found the U.S. government guilty of war crimes and guilty of crimes against humanity in Afghanistan. Announcement of the next tribunal about the crimes in Iraq. New York, August 2004.
Bulletin50: 59 years ago, on the 7th and 9th of August the government of USA committed one of its many war crimes and crimes against humanity with the launch of nuclear bombs against the civilian populations of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Nowadays solidarity acts are still held. This terrorist use of massive destruction radioactive weapons is even more criminal due to the fact that Japan had already presented its unconditional surrender TWO MONTHS BEFORE and that the Pentagon had recognized that the war had practically been won and that in a matter of weeks it would be finished. The official version that justifies its use to “win the war and save lives” is one of the many falsifications of history that we have explained and documented throughout the years.
Bulletin51: On Thursday 26th of August, the Popular Tribunal of War Crimes will be held in New York, where the People will judge George W. Bush and its administration of the accusations concerning the invasion of Iraq in 2003. Another trial was held in 1992 against his father for the first war against Iraq where he was condemned for war crimes and crimes against humanity. This was an initiative of Ramsey Clark, former Attorney General of the US, who has also participated in this trial. We present here the final resolutions of the international judges, who found him guilty. We have included the statements of Sara Flounders of the IACENTER, introducing this new edition of the tribunal, and the press release from the organizers, the International Action Centre. We provide you with the contacts to support and continue spreading the information about this trial.
Bulletin52: The V forum of the people of Asia and Europe ASEM People´s Forum V will be held in Hanoi, Vietnam, on 6-9 September 2004. It will cover discussions about nuclear weapons, depleted uranium and the agent orange. We have been invited to assist, and we will.
Bulletin53: Proceedings of the accusations of the Popular Tribunal of War Crimes against George W. Bush and its administration of the accusations concerning the invasion of Iraq in 2003. Ramsey Clark, former Justice Minister and former Attorney General of the US.
Bulletin54: The agent orange, like radioactive weapons, is a transgenerational killer. It is a crime against humanity. The agent orange was fumigated on the Vietnamese crops, which constitutes a war crime, like radioactive weapons. Presentation of the lawsuits of the Vietnamese association of affected individuals to the multinationals that manufactured it, presented in 2004.

Bulletin59: Boycott to another report about the risks of low dose radioactivity. The supporters of the official hypothesis, lead by the representatives of Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth, censor the report of the dissident scientists.

Boletín60: Recently committed crimes in Falluja by the occupation forces ignored by the TV. Use of banned massive destruction weapons: napalm, chemical and radioactive weapons.
Alfredo Embid

Boletín61: The Tsunami. There are many obscure points in the official version of the catastrophe: How come that nobody warned the affected sites? How come that the usual observable effects that precede and earthquake and those after it were not detected? How come that the epicenters detected by different observers do not coincide? How come that the "help" looks more like a military occupation and happens, just within a few months interval, after the biggest military maneuvers made in the area? Who gets something out of this? Alfredo Embid.

Boletín62: The fraud of Iraqi elections coincides with the strengthening of the resistance and the dissidence in the occupation army and in the families of the soldiers.
Alfredo Embid
